2. After the inspection is complete, our roof specialist will walk you through our findings and give you our professional, unbiased opinion on whether or not you may qualify for a roof replacement through your insurance provider and we will help you file a claim and walk you through every step of the way.
3. If you’re approved, your insurance provider will send you an Adjustment Summary, which is a thorough, broken down quote for replacement and outlines what they’re covering, the quantities, pricing, etc…, all in line item form.
4. If you’re denied, your insurance provider should provide you with a written letter as to why you were denied. If storm damage is present, you have an opportunity to request a new inspection. If it’s still denied, we can set you up with our service plan to help prolong the life of your roof, getting you the most out of your roofing system.
Remember, In the state of North Carolina, the insured policyholder is required ONLY to pay their deductible applicable to a claim made under the policy.

2. After the inspection is complete, our roofing specialist will walk you through our findings. Most quotes can be generated on the spot for your approval. Larger repairs may take 12 hours for a turnkey quote and will be sent directly to you for approval.
No payment required to start your repair work. All payment is due upon completion.
Minimum Roof Repair Charge starts at $250.

* Repair quote is provided only if roof is repairable. If roof is not in repairable condition, then a roof replacement quote will be provided.

2. If a replacement is needed, we will measure the roof (whether by walking it or using a third party measuring software system) and get you a replacement quote within 24 hours. We are always happy to help give direction and provide you quotes for different types of roofing systems (Shingle, metal, etc...).
