The customer and their satisfaction with the transformation made this job truly remarkable for us. The warehouse had more than 30 leaks with 50 gallon trash cans being used to collect all the water. However, we not only managed to stay within their budget and finish ahead of schedule, but we also ensured that the customer's production was uninterrupted throughout the entire project. At their request, we even joined in their Christmas party and we were happy to witness the trash cans being used for their intended purpose instead of water barrels.

Job description. 108,000 sq. ft. building. TPO roof over original metal roof. R-panel over broken skylights. Flute fill was used between the ribs. Iso and recovery board, 60 mil membrane, mechanically fastened with a rhino bond system and the parapet walls were wrapped. Flashings, edge metals, etc...

After finishing the roof, the CEO informed our team that they had discovered their roofer and we were granted another project. To add to the excitement, he shared drone footage of the roof captured by his team and expressed their admiration for our work. This is the reason we are passionate about what we do - fostering enduring relationships with our customers through outstanding service, top-notch products and exceptional craftsmanship.
